BOTA-PEPTIDES CREAM Clogged pores & dried out skin

I purchased this and the eye cream from a local Spa that told me it would be good for my skin type. After using it for several weeks, this GM Collin Bota Peptide cream ruined my skin. My pores clogged and now I have tiny red bumps on my cheeks and my face feels raw, dry & sensitve. I went back to my previous moisturizer.
Of course the Spa said they do not take returns.
How can they sell product that hurts you and then not take it back?
it is getting harder to trust BUY Local.
