Great exfoliant, it is gentle and not abrasive. My skin feels really nice after I rinse it off. I use it 2x a week before I use the glow mask. Add it to your weekly skin regimen and you won't be disappointed.

After the cleanser, apply a thin layer on damp skin. Leave to work for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. 
Frequency: 1 to 2 times a week.
