Good Product, Deceptive Packaging

The newly opened tube was less than half full. Literally only a couple tablespoons of product, if that. I find that dishonest and will probably not purchase again.

Thank you for your purchase. We want to reassure you that the quality control for each production is extremely rigorous. It is necessary for the product to leave an empty space in the tube for two main reasons: first, some formulations expand and need extra space, and second, some of the actives in the formulation need contact with air. However, please note that the declared net weight is always accurate. This is how all cosmetic products declare their quantity.

This is the best exfoliating cleanser I have ever used. Was introduced to this brand at a spa in Quebec and live in the US. Absolutely love this product and have now bought a few of their products. I am so happy with results. Will definitely buy again. Love it

Should be applied on damp skin. After the cleanser, apply a thin layer but sufficient to cover the skin. Leave to work for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Frequency: 1 to 2 times a week.
